  • Being a boutique business, we value craftsmanship over high production. Each item is carefully made to the highest standards & as such, our products take time to create.

    Our standard turnaround time for up to nine products is 4 weeks. Our turnaround time for orders of 10 or more products can take 8weeks to fulfill. Please keep our turnaround times in mind when placing your order.

  • We source our supplies from a select variety of professional bookbinding retailers & have spent many hours testing & choosing the finest materials. All of our products are handmade using acid-free, high density book board of varying ply. Our PVA adhesive is pH neutral, acid-free, & non-yellowing, ensuring the integrity of each LUX BINDERY design. The fabrics & assorted satin ribbons we offer have all been chosen for durability & aesthetic.

  • Some of our products are available for international purchase. To find out if a product is available overseas & can be shipped to your location, please email us at info@luxbindery.com with an exact mailing address, as well as the type & quantity of products you may be interested in. 

  • At this time, we do not offer any sample discounts on our products.

General Questions

  • Unfortunately, we do not include USB drives with our boxes. However, we do offer 4GB, 8GB, & 16GB Crystal USB drives available for purchase here.

  • Unfortunately, we do not supply the prints for LUX BINDERY boxes. We’d be happy to provide recommendations on where to have your images printed. 

  • Our standard box holds 100 prints. The depth of this box is approximately 1 ¼”.

  • Our USB compartments are sized to fit a crystal USB drive compartment. The size of this compartment is approximately 2 ⅝”  x ¾” x ½”. Please note, we allow additional room on the length of the compartment for easy removal of the USB drive. If you’d like your box to hold another type of USB drive, please email us at info@luxbindery.com for customization.

Product Questions

  • Pending means your order has been received, payment has been processed, & your products are now in our queue for production.

  • We understand that LUX BINDERY may not have the exact product specifications you require. As such, we accept a small handful of requests for unique products that are outside the parameters of what we offer on our website.

    Should you not see the product you're looking for & would like to inquire about having something tailor-made, please email us at info@luxbindery.com. Please note, we require a minimum order of five or more of the same unique tailor-made product. Unique requests are not guaranteed & are at the discretion of the LUX BINDERY team. 

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.

Ordering Questions

  • A Studio Die can be ordered here. After placing your order, you will be contacted via email to request your logo or design file.

  • We require a black & white vector file (.ai or .eps) for all of our Studio Dies. If you do not have a vector file, we’d be happy to convert your logo for an additional fee. Upon adding a Studio Die to your cart, please select "Yes" when asked if you'd like us to convert your logo. You will be contacted via email to request your logo or design file. 

  • Logos with clear delineation & continuity of size work best for imprinting. Typically, logos with fine detail & shading cannot be reproduced on our products for the desired result. Additionally, the choice of fabric can be a determining factor in how your logo will imprint. For example, fabrics with a tighter weave (i.e. Cream, Silver, Pewter) can be imprinted with finer detail more so than a fabric with a thicker & more textured weave (i.e. Almond, Fog, Cinnamon).

  • For imprinting text, we use the serif font, Edinburgh, in 22pt.

  • Blind imprinting is a subtle way to imprint a logo or text on our products without the use of foil. Fabrics with thicker weaves or darker colors do not blind imprint well. These fabrics include Almond, Champagne, Fog, Cinnamon, & Black.
